The following terms used in this document carry specific meanings. Their definitions are clearly stated here for ease of reading and understanding these terms and conditions.

Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Anyone registering on the jdbdt platform and using its services must be at least 21 years of age. All services on this platform are strictly prohibited for minors. Providing false information about age will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances. These services are only available to those aged 21 and above.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name is strictly prohibited. If attempts to create multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method are detected, all associated accounts will be permanently closed.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

All information provided at registration — name, address, date of birth, phone number, and payment details — must be completely true and accurate. If incorrect or false information is provided, jdbdt may request account verification at any time and close the account if necessary.

Account Security & Verification

jdbdt places the highest importance on the security of every member's account. All transactions are secured using SSL encryption technology.

3.1 Confidentiality of Login Details

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. jdbdt will never ask for your password by phone, email, or chat. If someone else learns your login details or you suspect unauthorized access, notify the support team immediately.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

To maintain a secure environment, jdbdt may request documents for identity verification under certain circumstances. This may include government-issued identification, proof of address, and verification of the payment method. jdbdt reserves the right to hold withdrawals until the verification process is complete.

3.3 Account Responsibility

All activities carried out from your account will be considered your responsibility. Allowing third parties to use your account is prohibited. jdbdt will not bear responsibility for any misuse of your account.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

jdbdt supports transactions through popular payment methods in Bangladesh. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for all methods)
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major commercial banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank)
• Deposited funds will be added to your account after verification
• Make sure to use the correct reference number when making a deposit
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes
• Withdrawal requests are only accepted from verified accounts
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method
• Withdrawal verification may be required in cases of suspicious activity

4.3 Transaction Cancellation Policy

Withdrawals that are already being processed or have been completed cannot be cancelled. Contact the support team to cancel a pending withdrawal request.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

jdbdt offers various bonuses and promotional benefits for new and existing members. Each bonus has specific terms that are important to read carefully.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit — up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. Depositing ৳18,000 or more earns the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must complete a total of ৳15,000 in bets before it can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the total deposit.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they can only be used for gameplay
• Winnings from bonus funds are withdrawable — after the wagering requirement is met
• A member is eligible for one welcome bonus
• If bonus abuse is suspected, jdbdt may cancel the bonus
• jdbdt reserves the right to modify or cancel promotional offers at any time

5.3 VIP Program & Cashback

jdbdt's VIP program has three tiers. The Bronze tier offers up to 0.5% weekly cashback, Silver offers up to 1.0%, and Gold offers up to 1.5% weekly cashback. You can move up tiers by staying regularly active.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activities on jdbdt are conducted under specific rules. Every member must follow these rules to maintain a fair and transparent environment on the platform.

6.1 Bet Limits

Specific minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and betting market. These limits are displayed in the game interface and may vary across different games and situations.

6.2 Betting Markets

jdbdt offers betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Bet outcomes are determined based on the official results of the relevant event. If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled according to jdbdt's own rules.

6.3 Gaming Fairness

All casino games and slots on jdbdt operate using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair and unbiased outcomes. jdbdt conducts regular internal audits to ensure fair play.

6.4 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error or disconnection, jdbdt will settle the bet based on the information saved in the system. jdbdt reserves the right to correct any incorrect odds or payouts displayed due to a system error.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited to protect the security and integrity of the jdbdt platform. Immediate action will be taken against anyone found to be in violation of these prohibitions.

• Using bots, automation software, or artificial intelligence to conduct betting or gaming
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses
• Making deposits or withdrawals using third-party payment methods
• Attempting hacking, phishing, or any form of cyber attack
• Attempting unauthorized access to other members' accounts
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities
• Abusive or threatening behavior toward jdbdt staff
• Intentionally exploiting platform vulnerabilities or technical errors
• Accessing the platform via VPN or proxy from restricted countries or regions
• Syndicate betting or collusion (coordinated betting with others)

Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 jdbdt's Rights

jdbdt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member's account in the following circumstances — without prior notice:

• Violation of any clause in these terms and conditions
• Refusing identity verification or providing false information
• Suspicious financial activity or suspected fraud
• Operating multiple accounts
• Irregular account usage or extended inactivity

8.2 Closure at Member's Request

You may request closure of your jdbdt account at any time. In that case, arrangements will be made to withdraw any valid balance — however, bonus funds for which the wagering requirement has not been met will be forfeited.

8.3 Voluntary Break

jdbdt supports responsible gaming by offering members the option of temporary self-exclusion or a cooling-off period. Please contact the support team for assistance with this.

Limitation of Liability

jdbdt strives to provide reliable and uninterrupted service with reasonable diligence. However, jdbdt will not be held liable in the following situations:

• Service interruptions due to loss of internet connectivity or server maintenance
• Failure of third-party technology or payment gateways
• Issues with the user's own device or software
• Account losses caused by member negligence or unauthorized third parties
• Natural disasters, pandemics, or circumstances beyond our control

jdbdt is not liable under any circumstances for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability in any case will not exceed the actual deposit balance in the relevant member's account.

Privacy & Data Protection

10.1 Data Collection

jdbdt collects personal information necessary for the operation of its services. This information is used for account verification, payment processing, and ensuring the security of the platform.

10.2 Data Sharing

Except where required by legal obligation or for payment processing purposes, jdbdt does not sell or transfer members' personal information to third parties. All data is kept secure using SSL encryption.

Responsible Gaming

jdbdt places the highest priority on responsible gaming. We believe gambling is a form of entertainment — not a way to earn money. Members are encouraged to use the platform in a safe and healthy manner.
